How Coaching Works for Individuals



The goals of each coaching conversation are to assist you in:

  1. promoting self-discovery

  2. establishing achievable goals

  3. determining a course of action

  4. empowering yourself to achieve your goals


Generally, we would agree on and set specific goals for each month.  


Initially, I would work with you for 10 sessions over a 3 month period to achieve these goals.  The contract can be renewed if further sessions are required. 


We would meet 3 to 4 times a month for a session of 1 hour.


I work with  complete confidentiality.  Nothing is shared our coaching relationship.
